He used personal details from that call to craft a beautiful vacation for us, and worked with us on our dates and timing until it was perfect. In the many months in between booking and going on the trip, he was always available to answer my questions promptly, even when he himself was traveling. When we had a flight change the morning of our departure, he replied to my message immediately and helped make sure our driver was aware of the delay. Dave advised us on important decisions such as choice of airlines, timing of airline ticket purchases, and helped us successfully navigate some confusion regarding baggage weight requirements for in-country flights. He touched base with us by email a couple times during our trip to make sure all was going as planned and we were happy with our choices. We went on this trip in January, 2023 and it exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with. Everything went perfectly. Kind of amazed by how flawless it all was. Trip of a lifetime. \u00a0Each city had their own uniqueness. Hard to even pick which place we liked the most. Mt Titlus was surreal. I loved the feel of Zermatt. The hotel was so quaint. We just hardly escaped all the flooding. I think our train must of been the last one out. I loved the tour of Zurich, what a great city. We don\u2019t live in the same city but communication was clear and easy. We stayed on Kauai at the Grand Hyatt. Highly recommend. The service was great. Resort was great in general. If you\u2019re planning on a luau, I would recommend going to one off of the resort for a better experience. Dave sent a list of activities well in advance for easy bookings. A few we booked in advance, the others, the concierge booked for us. Recommend all of them! We did the helicopter tour, snorkeling, horseback riding and the luau. We drove to other beaches as well. You can\u2019t go wrong with dinner options. Tide pools restaurant at the Hyatt books several months in advance as does the private dining on the beach.
